The Teacher Training Program is designed to provide faculty members with necessary skills, knowledge and pedagogical approaches to create optimal learning experiences for their students.
The major challenge faced are
- tailoring a program that imparts subject competencies in a unified manner, as learning ability and level of knowledge varies from faculty to faculty.
- To develop effective classroom management techniques through such training, this skill develops over time with practice and exposure to different students.
- Language proficiency is a barrier which may affect effectiveness of the training programme.
- Syllabus Revisions / updates lead to need for continuous learning that we can overcome through such programmes.
- Due to digital media and the overdose of use of IT, there is communication process challenge for teachers both fresh and experienced.
